Description:

Hardware and software maintenance is necessary for the correct operation of a network.

ebbo has the human resources to provide routine on-site support and the technology for remote assistance. This permits cost reductions, increases the speed of interventions and reduces the time involved in solving any eventual problems.

Maintenance Contracts:

Our maintenance contracts are (typically) for a minimum period of 1 year.

After taking into account the number of users and network specificities, the number of hours is defined to be used monthly for maintenance routines, as well as the number of on-site assistances and the number of remote assistances. Unused hours during the month accumulate and are used toward the next month. They only lose validity if not used during the contract period.

Our price / hour for this type of service is normally:

Technical
With contract – 30€
Without contract – 45€

Systems Administrator
With contract – 50€
Without contract – 70€

At this moment, ebbo’s intervention zone is restricted to the greater Lisbon area, and the price for any travel is calculated based on the intervention site.

The VAT in effect at the time will be added to these prices.
